Contemporary Artist, Curator, Educator & International Watercolour Advocate Alexandra Bryksa is a Czech-Ukrainian contemporary multidisciplinary artist based in Prague, Czech Republic. With more than 30 years of artistic experience, she works primarily in watercolour, mixed media, illustration and design, developing a distinctive visual language that combines expressive colour, light, atmosphere and architectural structure. Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Visual Art and Design from the Ukrainian Academy of Printing in Lviv. Since 1993, she has lived and worked in Prague, where she established her artistic career and became an active figure in the international watercolour community. From 2016 to 2026, Alexandra served as Director of Galeria La Lesia in Barcelona, Spain, where she was involved in the presentation, promotion and development of contemporary art.
