The participation fees for QIAF 2025 are as follows:
- Qatari Nationals & Qatar Resident Artists (Qatar Residency ID required) – QAR 1,200
- Outstation Artists (Without Hotel Accommodation) – USD 500
- Outstation Artists (With Hotel Accommodation – Double Occupancy) – USD 1,200
- Outstation Artists (With Hotel Accommodation – Single Occupancy) – USD 1,500
- Exhibition-Only Participation (No Personal Presence) – USD 300
- Guest of Outstation Artist (With Hotel Accommodation – Double Occupancy) – USD 1,000
- Additional Exhibition Space (Per Linear Meter) – USD 250 per meter
- Additional Fashion Show Participation (2 Looks) – USD 250 for 2 looks
- Art Gallery Booth Space (Minimum 12 sq. meters) – USD 350 per sq. meter
- Hotel Accommodation for Art Gallery Representatives
- Double Occupancy – USD 900 per person
- Single Occupancy – USD 1,200 per person
- Fashion Show Participants (Qatar-Based)* – QAR 1,200
