All artwork must be pre-approved by the organizers. Submissions should not include or be inspired by political, religious, or obscene imagery. The artwork must adhere to the cultural ethics of Qatar and the region. Additionally, the use of the FIFA World Cup logo or any third-party copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
The organizers reserve the right to remove or request the replacement of any artwork deemed unsuitable before, during, or after the exhibition.
